Any student who withdraws during an academic year must submit a Withdrawal Form obtained from the Registrar. Financial Aid recipients should consult with the Director of Financial Aid prior to requesting a withdrawal regarding ramifications to aid status including how a withdrawal may affect satisfactory academic progress and loan funding. All courses withdrawn after the final drop date on the Academic Calendar for that semester will appear on the transcript as a ‘W’. See Marking System for course withdrawal policy.
