Academic Writing Support

Graduate level academic writing requires specific skills, including knowledge and practice of American Psychological Association (APA) style.

Students are required to produce and consume scholarly and professional documents, which vary and may include journal entries, brief essays, short- and long-term research papers, and writing for journal publication.

Writing Tutor

MSP provides individual academic writing support to enable student success as scholarly writers. Writing support is available to any students who may need extra help. Whether the challenge is a minor adjustment to APA style or a major transition back to academic writing, students are encouraged to take early advantage of writing support resources to gain the skills and confidence they will need to be successful.
