Dr. Sollars is a long time faculty member at the Michigan School of Professional Psychology. He recently decided to devote more time to his private practice and is now an adjunct faculty member in the masters program. What made you decide to pursue a degree in psychology?

I counseled my friends in childhood and they suggested it to me as I got older.

What do you think led you to teach at MSP?

I had many friends who were affiliated with MSP. It just seemed natural.

What’s your favorite part of teaching?

Helping students grow personally and professionally.

What would people be surprised to learn about you?

I used to box when I was young.

Acoustic

Write, walk, boat, play with kids, hang out.
