Favorite Quote:

“One can choose go back toward safety or forward to growth. Growth must be chosen again and again; fear must be overcome again and again.” Abraham Maslow

What would people be surprised to know about you?

People would be surprised once they know that I play Capoeira, and I am vegan and an artist.

Name a cause you are passionate about.

My passion right now is trying to help troubled people understand their mindset and then guide them towards how to change that mindset to a healthier one.

Why did you choose MSP?

From the moment I interviewed at Michigan School of Psychology, I realized the people there had the similar vision as I do to help my fellow man. The diversity and humanistic approach to solving human problems is both exciting and inspiring.

What do you plan to do with your degree?

I consider it my duty to help people from different cultures and backgrounds adapt to the diversity of their new surroundings and to find joy in the midst of those new surroundings.

What is your plan after graduation?

My goal is to create a safe and secure environment for people from various cultures to share their problems with the consoler that can relate to their anxieties without fear of being judged or labeled.
