What would people be surprised to know about you?

People might be surprised to know that in addition to being a drama therapist/psychotherapist, I am also a creative artist – an author, independent filmmaker, painter, and photographer.

Name a cause you are passionate about.

I am passionate about women’s health and ensuring all girls and women have access to legal and safe reproductive health care.

Why did you choose MSP?

I chose to attend MSP for my doctorate in clinical psychology because humanistic values are at the core of everything I am and do, and I believe this is the best foundation for a life of therapeutic service to others.

What do you want to do with your degree?

Upon completing my PsyD, I would like to forge new ground in psychology theory by helping clinicians learn ways to identify and stop violence before it occurs.

How did you first get interested in the mental health profession?

I first became interested in mental health as a profession when I discovered art therapy for myself. I realized that creativity could be a powerful healing tool. From there, I pursued a career in drama therapy, combining my passion for acting with my passion for wellness.
