What would people be surprised to know about you?
People would be surprised to know that even though psychology is my passion, I have been a phlebotomist since I was 18 and I have always worked in healthcare.
Name a cause you are passionate about.
One of the causes that I am passionate about is identifying and treating sexual dysfunctions in women. Another unrelated cause that I am passionate about is identifying why the suicide rates of farmers in America are so high.
Why did you choose MSP?
I chose to attend MSP due to the comfortable atmosphere and small tight-knit community.
What do you want to do with your degree?
When I complete my master’s degree I would like to work in the health psychology field. Ideally, I would become a sex therapist focusing on sexual dysfunctions occurring between two sexual partners.
What are you most looking forward to about your program?
I am most looking forward to being surrounded by all different types of people who share the same interests as me and getting to learn more about how I can serve my community better based on the skills I develop at MSP.
