What would people be surprised to know about you?
I came very close to applying to graduate programs in ethnomusicology 16 years ago, but practical considerations stopped me from taking that path at the time.
Name a cause you are passionate about.
One of my passions is housing rights and tenant counseling.
Why did you choose MSP?
I was looking for a program in this area that would help prepare me to begin a career as a therapist, and I appreciated the connections at MSP to humanistic psychology.
What do you want to do with your degree?
I would like to become a Limited Licensed Psychologist and therapist here in Michigan.
What is your plan after graduation?
I would like to transition from my current work as a legal aid attorney to a new career as a therapist, and I am undecided at this point about entering a particular specialty or type of practice.
