Our team of psychologists and trainees conduct comprehensive psychological assessments with children (ages 4+), adolescents and adults to identify and diagnose psychological and psychiatric disorders such as depression and anxiety, learning disorders like dyslexia, and ADHD and other neurodevelopmental disorders. Unfortunately, at this time the MSP Clinic does not offer testing for or diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Our assessments go beyond just a diagnosis to provide a wealth of information that identifies and helps understand an individual’s unique set of learning, social, emotional, and behavioral strengths and challenges. We provide a comprehensive range of assessments for the following potential diagnoses:
The assessment process includes an initial intake to gather important historical information. Testing is conducted at the second appointment, where the student clinician works one-on-one with the client to complete testing tasks. Finally, a feedback session is held to discuss results and recommendations. On average this process takes about 6-8 weeks. Ongoing therapy is also available when needed.
