From Dearborn, MI with a MA in Clinical Psychology from the Michigan School of Psychology and a BS in Social Psychology from Park University

“I decided to apply to the PsyD program at the Michigan School because I was fortunate enough to see the supportive culture and positive experience the school brought to the academic realm. I know that by staying at the Michigan School and pursuing my PsyD, I will be feel both ready and capable to enter the professional field as a Doctoral level practitioner.”

  • Experience in a military mental health setting, suicide prevention, health psychology and trauma psychology.
  • Researched behavioral assessment and alcohol related incident reduction, spirituality and religion in psychotherapy, and Post-traumatic growth.

“I Currently practice as a TLLP at a private practice. I primarily work with children and adolescents and do psychological testing. I also test for the Autism Spectrum Disorder population at an ABA company.”

  • Practicum experience in the Counseling and Disability Services Center at the University of Michigan – Dearborn and Center for Pain Medicine at Beaumont Hospital
  • Accumulated three years of research experience in social psychology studies and presented at several conferences that include Meeting of the Minds and the Midwestern Psychological Association Conference in Chicago, Illinois

“My professional interests include: the intersection of clinical psychology and public policy; human-animal interventions; working with children with facial differences; and the unique needs of low-income/homeless clients.”

  • Given several national presentations on topics such as psychologist activism, prescription privileges for psychologists, and college student mental health

From Northville, MI with an MA in Clinical Psychology from MSP and an MA in Adult Instruction and Performance Technology from the University of Michigan.

  • Passionate about establishing a center of empowerment and advancement that is focused on creative expressions in therapy as the fundamental principle of change and healing.
  • Current practicum at Beaumont’s Rehabilitation inpatient unit working with Traumatic Brain Injury patients and conducting neuropsychological evaluation and testing.
  • Conducted neuropsychological testing and independent education evaluation screenings and testing.
  • Additional clinical experience at New Oakland Family Centers working with child, adolescent, and adult clients in the FACE to FACE partial hospitalization program.

  • Previous treasurer on MSP’s Psi Chi executive committee
  • Previously employed as a Graduate Assistant at MSP in order to conduct and promote research on campus

From Flint, MI with a BA in Psychology from the University of Michigan-Flint and an MA in Counseling from Spring Arbor University in Troy, MI.

  • Clinical experience from working in private practice as Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in sexuality therapy and education in Warren, MI, and at Harbor Oaks psychiatric hospital in New Baltimore, MI as licensed clinician in the Admissions dept. and Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program.
