What would people be surprised to know about you?

People are usually surprised that I’m an immigrant from Germany of six years. I’ve never really had an accent, but it does come out in longer conversations.

Name a cause you are passionate about.

I’m particularly passionate about issues related to veteran care and sexual assault survivors.

Why did you choose MSP?

I chose MSP during my search for graduate programs for Clinical Psychology when I came across the added ABA certificate, which intrigued me. Also, talking to Carrie Pyeatt solidified my decision to apply because she was able to answer all my questions, and I had a great impression of MSP afterward.

What do you want to do with your degree?

I would like to work with trauma survivors and/or people with autism.

What are you most looking forward to about your program?

I completed my undergrad degree through a German distance-learning university, so I didn’t have face-to-face interactions at all. I’m excited to see fellow students and our teachers in person! I’m also really excited to gain more specific and in-depth knowledge about the topics I’m passionate about.
